BRANDON RICHARD, Owner
A graduate of Bellaire High School and the University of Houston, Brandon founded Curbside Construction after years of flipping homes on his own. His mission? To change the narrative around contractors by offering clients a top-tier experience—one built on trust, professionalism, and respect for their investment. Brandon takes immense pride in the fact that 100% of Curbside’s business is referral-based - a true testament to the quality of work and relationships he’s cultivated. Always learning and evolving, Brandon stays plugged into the latest industry trends, practices, and standards to ensure that Curbside continues to raise the bar. Deeply rooted in the communities he grew up in, Brandon is especially passionate about giving back and making a meaningful impact through the work he leads. Known for his enthusiasm for real estate investing and his near-encyclopedic knowledge of the local market, Brandon is just as passionate about sweets and discovering the city’s best food spots. Outside of work, Brandon and his wife, Stephanie, are die-hard fans of all things Houston sports—especially the Texans, Rockets, and UH Athletics. |

APRIEL WESTMORELAND,
Operations + Project Manager A proud graduate of Mayde Creek High School and the University of Houston–Downtown, Apriel work to ensure that every project runs smoothly with a great client experience at its core. On the operations side, she works to strategically position Curbside for future growth while making sure clients are well-informed and confident throughout the building process. A lover of dramatic transformations, Apriel is especially drawn to extensive remodels—the surprises they bring and the satisfaction of turning them into beautiful, functional spaces. Naturally curious and always eager to learn, Apriel recently earned her certification as a Professional Builder through the Greater Houston Builders Association - a prestigious designation that highlights her commitment to excellence and continued growth in the homebuilding industry. In her free time, you'll find her running or practicing yoga, scouring estate sales, staging interiors, and most importantly, being the Cool Auntie to her 8 nieces and nephews. ¡Se habla español! |

ANDRE FLENOY, Project Coordinator A graduate of Carnegie Vanguard High School, Andre serves as our Project Coordinator, where he brings versatility and creativity to a wide range of day-to-day projects. A hands-on problem solver, Andre is passionate about building and creating—especially through woodworking. He finds joy in the process of turning raw materials into something meaningful, and he approaches every task with focus, care, and craftsmanship. Outside of work, Dre enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking up something delicious, or kicking back with a good anime series. Proud of his Creole roots, Dre is also our unofficial in-house chef. His étouffées, crawfish boils, and other culinary creations are legendary around here—and a regular highlight for the team! |

STEPHEN ADDISON, Project Manager A proud University of Houston graduate, Stephen is the newest addition to the Curbside team, serving as Project Manager. In this role, he ensures that each project is completed on time, within budget, and up to the Curbside standard. Stephen enjoys working closely with clients, helping bring their vision to life while navigating challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. Stephen has been happily married to his wife for seven years, and together they’re raising three bright, talented grade-schoolers who keep life full and lively. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys time with his family, being active in his church community, playing basketball, and cheering on Houston’s sports teams. |
