BRANDON RICHARD, OWNER
A graduate of Bellaire High School and University of Houston, Brandon founded Curbside Construction after years of flipping homes of his own. “I wanted to change the narrative about contractors and give people a great experience when spending their hard earned money and having us in their homes.”
Brandon's greatest pride is sharing that 100% of our business is referral based, which is a huge compliment to say the least. His commitment to excellence keeps him busy constantly studying the latest industry trends, practices and standards. He's specifically passionate about working in and giving b the communities he was raised in.
He’s known for being crazy passionate about real estate investing, his love for sweets, and being a true foodie. In his free time, Brandon and his wife Stephanie enjoy attending sporting events and are die-hard fans of the Houston Texans, Houston Rockets and UH Football.
APRIEL WESTMORELAND,
OPERATIONS + PROJECT MANAGER
A graduate of Mayde Creek High School and University of Houston-Downtown, Apriel serves as Project Manager where she takes a hands on approach to ensure that our work is timely, accurate and that our clients have a great experience. Apriel curates designs that are both functional and visually appealing and is known for her love of power tools and jumping in on demo. She also "moonlights" as Operations Manager, working to ensure that Curbside is strategically positioned and prepared for future growth.
An ever curious person who loves to learn, Apriel is currently pursuing her certification as a Professional Builder through the Greater Houston Builders Association.
In free her time she enjoys traveling, thrifting, anything SPONTANEOUS, scouring estate sales, and most importantly, being the Cool Auntie to her 7 nieces and nephews !

ANDRE FLENOY, PROJECT COORDINATOR
A graduate of Carnegie Vanguard and University of Texas at San Antonio, Andre serves as Project Coordinator where he tackles a diverse range of projects day to day.
Andre loves to create by working with his hands and enjoys the problem solving that comes with the task. He is passionate about woodworking and enjoys spending time hanging out with friends and family, cooking or watching anime.
Dre's Creole roots fuel his gift and passion for cooking and makes him our de facto in house chef! Dre's etoufees, crawfish and other culinary creations are to die for!
CHANDON SIMPSON, PROJECT ASSISTANT
Our newest team member, Chandon, currently serves as Project Assistant where he pitch hits for our team with day to day tasks that keep our projects moving forward.
Chandon is a graduate of Heights High School and Southern University. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, cooking, watching sports, cigars, traveling and making music.
Alongside a team of experienced and reliable sub-contractors, the Curbside Construction team takes great pride in providing their clients with a head-ache free process to ensure peace of mind.
